When this nominee called police to the apartment of her estranged husband following an argument the first time, she had no injuries. On the second occasion that she called that same evening, she had sustained a swollen eye.

After blaming her husband, the police cuffed him … until she came clean that she had inflicted the damage to her face by herself … with a frying pan.

She was arrested for filing a false police report.

A 47 year part-time police officer who abused his girlfriend’s children with a Taser like weapon has been charged with assault.

When the children, aged just 2 and 3, were taken to hospital with marks and bruises, the abuse became public. When questioned, the 3 year girl told investigators that the man had hit her on the backside with a black wooden paddle and pinched her with needles and a black pinchy thing.

The man is accused of using a ‘Taser-like’ device on the children. Authorities do not believe the children were shocked with the Taser but declined to give more details. The man is charged with four counts of felony child endangering. The children have been placed in the care of a relative.

A 19 year man who was crossing a road in Greater Manchester, fell into a hole in the road which gave way in a heatwave.

The man’s foot and shin disappeared into the hole and he was stuck for more than 40 minutes. He required firefighters to free him, cutting away some of the road surface.

He tore ligaments and damaged his ankle, requiring hospital treatment. The local council is investigating the incident.

A 28 year old woman attacked her ex-boyfriend, stabbing him in the penis as he was driving.

The attack happened after the woman turned up at her ex-boyfriend’s workplace where he refused to consider a reconciliation of their four-year-relationship which he had ended several months prior.

The man drove the woman home but when they arrived the woman apparently tried to seduce him. When her affections were rejected, the woman followed the man back to the car and refused to get out. He attempted to drive back to his workplace to complete his shift but the woman pulled a six-inch knife from her handbag and stabbed him in the groin whilst he was driving. 

Fortunately, the injured man was able to stop the car by pulling the handbrake and flagged down a passing motorist who took him to hospital to have the wound stitched.

The woman pleaded guilty to unlawful wounding. She was also charged with perverting the course of justice by making a false allegation of sexual assault against her ex-boyfriend. She was granted bail awaiting a psychiatric assessment but risked jail when she is sentenced.

Okay, some pranks are just dumb … like this one …

An 18 year old man emptying rubbish into a recycling bin suffered chemical burns and hand injuries when a prank went wrong.

The man was emptying rubbish into the bin when he reached in to pick up a plastic soft drink bottle containing liquid. The bottle exploded as it was moved, spraying chemical, thought to be chlorine, into the man’s eyes. He was momentarily blinded but had the protective film burned off his right eye.

The blast injured the man’s hands, tearing his wrist watch from his arm. He required surgery to repair nerve and tendon damage to his left hand and a hook wire through his right thumb. He is recovering in Rockhampton Hospital.

Police are investigating the incident to determine if it was a deliberae act and a chemical analysis is still underway.

A 27 year old Maryland woman was injured using a sex toy which had been modified.

Early in the morning on 8th March, a man contacted the local fire department to assist a woman who was bleeding.  He told the authorities that he had placed a sex toy on a saber saw blade. In use the sex toy on his partner, the blade had sawed through the plastic and severely injured her. The woman was taken to hospital for treatment of her injury.

The act was consensual between the man and woman and detectives deemed that no crime was committed.

How to give your mate $9000 … just add glue!

A DRUNKEN party guest who filled a sleeping fellow reveller’s ear with super glue in an act of “gross drunken stupidity” has been ordered to pay his victim $9000 in compensation.

Brisbane District Court Judge Terry Martin, SC, in a decision published today, ordered Ryan Laim Upton, 28, pay Ben Ferrett, 27, criminal compensation for the permanent partial hearing loss caused by the foolish prank on January 11, last year.

Upton inflicted the injury on Ferrett, who he had just met, when they attended a party at Greenslopes, on Brisbane’s sourthside. Judge Martin, in a written judgment, said Ferrett and Upton were both intoxicated when the “prank” occurred. “Having consumed a deal of alcohol (Ferrett) fell asleep on a couch in the living room,” he said. “By way of a prank, (Upton) and others applied super glue to (Ferrett’s) hand and glued it to his face. “(Upton) then poured super glue into (Ferrett’s) ear whilst (he) continued to sleep.” Upton pleaded guilty in the Brisbane District Court in late February to one count of grievous bodily harm.

The court was told one reveller had also used the super glue to pour it down Ferrett’s pants between his buttocks. When Ferrett woke up he felt a sharp pain in his ear and went to Wesley Hospital for treatment. Ferrett last required surgery several months later, at a personal cost of almost $6000.

Barrister Brad Farr, SC, for Upton, said his client was extremely remorseful for his actions and had repaid Ferrett all his medical expenses. Judge Terry Martin sentenced Upton to an 18-month, wholly suspended jail term. “It was an act of gross stupidity,” he said.

One woman scorned is trouble … four women scorned is going to hurt … a LOT!

When a woman in Wisconsin, discovered that her husband had been cheating on her with at least three other women, she enacted her revenge.

She contacted three of her husband’s mistresses and told them he was using them for sex and money.

The girls’ got together to humiliate the man. He was lured to a motel unit on the premise of a massage where he allowed himself to be blindfolded and tied to the bed. The other women burst into the motel room. They cut off his underwear and spread superglue on his penis, attaching it to his stomach. He was taunted, slapped and had a gun pointed at his head but released when he started screaming. The women took off with his mobile phone, wallet and car.

Each of the women has been charged with false imprisonment with one also charged with sexual assault and battery. Police are looking for the scorned wife, who went missing from the family home after the assault.
