Phew, this guy sure doesn’t take a joke well …

When a 37 year old man had his pants pulled down climbing a ladder, he wasn’t amused and the perpetrator paid for his crime.

As the housemates cut trees down in their backyard, they enjoyed a beer together. However, their peaceful afternoon turned sour, when one of the men climbed the ladder to cut a tree and had his pants pulled down by the other man. Clearly not impressed, he yelled at the prankster and grabbed a knife and a shotgun. He knocked the man to the ground, put the shotgun to the back of his head, neck and back and threatened to shoot.

The prankster was able to grab the knife but it was wrestled away again by pantsdown man. Police were called and despite initially refusing to surrender, pantsdown man gave up and was taken into custody. He was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, aggravated battery, obstructing an officer without violence and false imprisonment.

The prankster had cuts to his hand, as well as marks on his back where the shotgun was pushed into his skin. Fortunately for him, the gun didn’t go off … police discovered a shell in the chamber.
