It seems that this Woftam nominee may have sustained serious head injuries whilst “surfing” on top of a passenger train. Witnesses reported seeing a man covered in blood on top of the train when it pulled into the station. The guard ordered all passengers off the 12-carriage train and the station was closed to the public. Paramedics attended the man, who was transported to hospital with ‘unexplained’ head injuries. Police are working to establish how the man came about his injuries and are currently conducting further enquiries to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident.
