A 19 year old man from Orlando who stole equipment from an unmarked police car, shocked himself with a Taser and locked himself in the handcuffs.

Whilst in the process of stealing the Taser, he discharged it accidentally, hitting himself in the foot and giving himself a shock. He also stole a baton, the magazine for a handgun, a digital camera and digital recorder amongst other things when he raided several cars.

Sometime later, he handcuffed himself with the cuffs and being unable to get himself free, was forced to ring for assistance from police. Lucky for him, he wasn’t arrested at that time.

However, further investigations into the thefts took police to an apartment where he was staying with friends. Some of the stolen items were recovered but the suspect wasn’t. He was later arrested nearby. The man faces charges including grand theft, burglary to a conveyance and armed burglary to a conveyance.
