We know what letter this fella needs tattooed on his forehead …
A 23-year-old man tattooed the rear end of a one year old girl who was visiting his home.
He applied a non-removable tattoo of the letter “A”, about the size of a dime, on the bottom of the girl, whilst she was being baby-sat at his home by a relative. There is no evidence that the girls’ mother approved the tattoo. He faces charges of child endangerment and risks up to five years in prison if he is convicted.
