Guidelines for Submission
Your story should adhere to the following guidelines:

It should be about actions of stupidity, moronicity, silliness, thoughtlessness, idiocy … you get the picture

and

have caused injury to someone, self or otherwise OR

have abused the emergency services in some way, ie. abuse of 911, 000, stealing or wilfully damaging equipment whilst it is being used in the line of duty OR

be a personal anecdote, news story, online story (please provide references for online and news stories for verification.

Furthermore:

• Death is not a pre-requisite for nomination (but won’t necessarily exclude the nominee either)
• You do not need to be a medical professional to submit a story
• Woftam nominations are not gender specific (although men seem to be guilty a LOT)
• Woftam nominations are not age specific (although really little kids are probably out of bounds)
• Names not necessary
• Age is helpful
• Be as specific as you can
• You can enter your submission anonymously
• None of your personal details will be used (unless you want me to)

I also reserve the right to:

• To consider and publish your story if you submit it
• To remove any story from publication
• To make your submissions and stories the property of The Woftam Awards
• To re-word your submission for brevity or detail
