A 27 year old US soldier from Tacoma, Washington, admitted using a CIA torture technique on his four year old daughter because she refused to recite the alphabet.

Police responded to a disturbance after the man’s girlfriend reported that he “was irate, intoxicated and walking around the neighborhood with his Kevlar helmet threatening to break windows.” They then discovered the 4 year old, who had locked herself in a closet after the incident. She had bruising on her back and scratch marks to her throat. When asked how she received the injuries she replied, “Daddy did it”.  The man’s girlfriend told police that her boyfriend beat his daughter.

During police interviews, the Woftam nominee said that he’d held his daughter face-up on the counter and pushed her head into the water three or four times while she ’squirmed’ to free herself. He used this type of punishment for ‘refusing to say her letters’ because his daughter was terrified of water.

The Woftam has been charged with second-degree assault and ordered to appear in court this week.
